Edward Zyszkowski, CEO
Edward Zyszkowski is a well-recognized technology innovator, business leader and investor with a long track record in creating valuable companies.
Zyszkowski was also the Founder and President of Torrent Systems, which provides software for moving and analyzing massive amounts of data. Zyszkowski pioneered some of the original concepts defining data mining while at Thinking Machines Corporation in the late 80s, heading up projects for Dow Jones and Microsoft. He also worked on the research and management teams at Siemens-Nixdorf and Motorola. While at Martin Marietta Laboratories, he spearheaded the development of RUSS, Robotic Ultrasonic Scanning System for testing the Space Shuttle external tanks.
He sits on the boards of several companies including Urbanite Network. Edward holds several patents and is a pioneer in the field of data mining. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Johns Hopkins University.

Simon Blackwell, Chief Technical Officer
During his 14 years in the technology industry, Simon Blackwell has been a visionary leader at several companies, managing large teams and building technological infrastructures from scratch. In 1994 Blackwell built the architecture for Bellcore's (now Telecordia Technologies) first Internet enabled workgroup application. He was a charter member of the Internet Advertising Bureau and delivered one of the first commercial-targeted content engines for the Web in mid 1995. Blackwell also helped draft the Internet e-commerce security policies at global investment bank Lehman Brothers.
During his career Blackwell has led the development of e-commerce sites, and Internet-enabled and traditional software products. The consulting firm InfoFirst, which he founded, served clients like Modem Media, IBM, Transamerica and Citigroup. He has also developed front and middle office risk management systems for companies including Goldman Sachs, Chase Manhattan Bank, and Lehman Brothers. In 1998, he led the development of an Internet based NASDAQ feeder exchange for OTC securities. In the early 1990's Blackwell founded PC Integrity -- a computer security and software asset management company, and one of the first to deliver license-only, media-less software through mass distribution channels.

Linda Khachooni, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer
Linda Khachooni has a broad range of experience in banking, finance, consulting, and technology. An industry veteran, she has helped guide both non- and for-profit institutions to success.
Khachooni has consulted for nonprofit organizations including California Children's Community, Norcal Home and PACE, and has sat on several company boards. In the early 90's, she consulted for startups like Wavetron Microsystems and Diba, which made kiosks for the Internet. Khachooni was also Chief Financial Officer of Classifieds 2000, which was acquired by portal Excite and of Billpoint acquired by eBay. Currently Khachooni is working with a variety of IT companies including D1 Athletes.com, Interbex, Moss Beach Technology, Net Conversions, and CloudPop, as well as with Angel and VC Investors.

Melanie Wyne, V.P., Policy and Compliance
Melanie Wyne has over a decade of experience both in the legal arena and in the banking industry, where she became an expert on technology strategy. Most recently, Wyne was Senior Vice President of Public Policy for the Bank of America on issues regarding privacy, technology and e-commerce. She represented the corporation on public policy issues in public forums, and with consumer and privacy advocates. Wyne identified political, economic and media issues impacting the Bank's privacy, technology and e-commerce operations and led the development of corporate public policy positions.
Previously, Wyne was a commercial litigator with Cornell, Lange & Peters in San Francisco, and with Knox Ricksen in Oakland, California. Wyne also was a Financial Analyst for the Corporate Banking sector at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York. She received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco and her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
